Kotlin 1.8.10 Support

Dataframe 0.9.1 , upgrade Kotlin to 1.8.10, and got the following error when building project.

> Configure project :
ksp-1.8.0-1.0.8 is too old for kotlin-1.8.10. Please upgrade ksp or downgrade kotlin-gradle-plugin to 1.8.0.

@Jolanrensen Are we ok to upgrade it to the new version? Probably better to move on 1.7.1 like in other our libraries and move the frontier consistently?
