Describe the task

• Change the minimum character length limit of "NFT collection name"
  Reproduce the steps:
  1. Select function " Import NFT"
  2. Enter valid Network, NFT type, Contract address
  3. Enter NFT collection name
  Actual: Minimum 1 character
  Expect: Collection name must have at least 3 characters

• Add sender transferable balance when Transfer NFT

• Do not automatically remove spaces at the beginning and end of data when entering NFT collection name, Import NFT
  Reproduce the steps:
  1. Select function " Import NFT"
  2. Enter valid Network, NFT type, Contract address
  3. Enter NFT collection name containing spaces at the beginning and end of the data
  4. Click button "Import NFT"
  5. Check UI
