Koko is noticing a high memory utilization from
RawSetStringandRawSetH. The function had a todo to remove the key from the tb.Keys and tb.K2i once the value is set to nil. This PR adds the functionality to remove them from tb.Keys and tb.K2i to reduce the memory footprint.
