API end point and Key

Where can I specify the API Key of my OpenAI end point? After entering API URL, there is just a "enter" button. Is there an environment parameter I should define? I am on MacOS.

I also tried to using Chat Completion (OpenAI included) as my API, but there is no place to enter my university's URL sponsored by OpenAI...
