[Request] Add support for Alpaca model.

I recently found out about the Alpaca models and I am very impressed. I have run them locally on my laptop which has no gpu and has a Ryzen 5 5625u cpu. It has worked amazing. It's almost the speed chatgpt online and has simliar qualities. The file size for the model is only 4gb for the 7B model.

Currently to make use of this model I use the repo https://github.com/antimatter15/alpaca.cpp and/or https://github.com/cocktailpeanut/dalai.

The reason for this request is that the first repo is a console application and has no gui, and the second repo has a gui but is very lacking. So maybe KoboldAI client could support it. Idk.
