Migrate Marmot code from the Pilot to a BIBCAT ingester subclass and add the following changes to the ingester class.

Changes to their map or profile

dateCreated - map to Date Created
Type - map to Format
Format - map to Type
Publisher - map to Contributor
Data Provider/Intermediate Provider - if Data Provider contains a value, then the library’s name should appear as Intermediate Provider. If Data Provider is blank, then the value is the name of the library.
Rights - if this field contains a valid rightsstatement.org URI then use that; otherwise use http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/CNE/1.0/
