Sigrok PulseView Protocol Decoder for SIRC (Sony Consumer IR)

To Install:

NOTE: This is now included in sigrokproject/libsigrokdecode#29 and there should be no need to install from this repo anymore.

Copy ir_sirc/ to your installed PulseView decoders folder, i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\sigrok\PulseView\share\libsigrokdecode\decoders.
