Show autoSuggest/numberScrubber and colorPicker tooltips at the same time

Since the colorPicker is off to the right, we should be able to show the autoSuggest/numberScrubber tooltip as well because it appears above.

Why would we want to do this? So that users know which numbers control which part of the color.

If a user clicks on a number then we should switch from autoSuggest to the numberScubber so that they can manipulate that color component individually.
