Question about the mullet

This is a awesome repository and gives great lookups for beginners. Rly appriciate it.

Why is the mullet crossed out if there is a repo with it's contents? did the author not wanting it to appear? Why it is in the list then?

I guess he decided to set the repo to private.
It's not available anymore.
