Structured Intelligence Analysis Framework

Bias-resistant structured thinking for complex topics

Created by Katie Woodland (@wookat1983)

A complete, copy-pasteable system that helps you:

  • Confront and map your own biases first
  • Actively try to disprove your beliefs
  • Use a professional Judgement Matrix
  • Generate clear probabilities and actionable watch-points

Best used together with the Elias Thorne Profiling & Visualisation System for deeper psychological insight and visual matrices.

🚀 How to Use This Framework

This system is designed to help anyone conduct thorough, bias-resistant analysis on complex or controversial topics (politics, current events, personal decisions, strategy, investments, etc.). It forces you to confront your own beliefs first and actively try to disprove them rather than confirm them.

Step-by-Step Usage Guide

  1. Go to the main prompt
Open MASTER-STARTER-PACK.md and copy the entire content.

  2. Start a fresh chat
Paste the entire prompt into a new conversation with Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or any capable AI.

  3. Complete Step 0 (First time only)
The AI will guide you through:

    • Pasting or running your Psych Profile
    • Answering 5 key self-bias questions
    • It will then generate a personalised reusable prompt for you
Copy and pin/save this personalised prompt — you can use it in future threads without repeating Step 0.
  4. Choose your mode

    • Creative Mode → Best for initial idea generation and exploring possibilities
    • Logical Mode → Best for rigorous structuring and matrix work
  5. Follow the 6-Step Process
The AI will stop after each step for your input and feedback. This built-in pausing prevents rushing and encourages active participation.

  6. Use the Judgement Matrix
In Step 4 you will get a professional, colour-coded matrix that makes the diagnostic strength of evidence visually clear.

  7. Finish with the Full Report
At the end you can request a comprehensive analytical report with probabilities, timelines, and watch-points.

Recommended Companion Tool

Use this framework in conjunction with the Elias Thorne Profiling & Visualisation System

Why you should use them together:

  • The main framework gives you text-based structured analysis and forces rigorous thinking.
  • Elias Thorne adds rich psychological profiling of key individuals/organisations and visual Judgement Matrix outputs (beautiful, colour-coded images instead of plain tables).
  • Together they create a much more powerful system: deep human-behaviour insight + visual clarity for complex evidence.
  • Many users find that seeing a visual matrix dramatically improves their understanding and memory of the analysis.

Workflow recommendation:
Run the core 6-step process here first, then paste key outputs (especially the text matrix) into an Elias Thorne thread for profiling and visual enhancement.

Tips for Best Results

  • Always complete Step 0 honestly — this is the most important bias-resistance step.
  • Use Creative Mode when you feel stuck or want breadth.
  • Be willing to say “this surprises me” or “this challenges my view” — the system is designed to reward intellectual honesty.
  • Return to the same thread with new evidence later — the analysis can be updated iteratively.
  • Take the suggested movement breaks — they genuinely improve analytical performance.
