LogEntry duplicates #257

At the moment, duplicate log entries are attributed to different objects so they can be found by the administrator. e.g.

adding a person to a group adds a LogEntry to the person and the group.
changing an account logs adds a LogEntry to the account and the machine category.

This a somewhat suboptimal solution; a better solution is needed.
