Scrolling does not work

Current Behavior

When you try to scroll using the touchpad, the scrolling does not work. It only works if you drag the scroll bar on the side. The only places I have found scrolling to work is (sometimes) in the settings page (not the logs page) and horizontal scrolling in the homepage (not vertical scrolling).

Expected Behavior

I would expect that the scrolling would work with both the touchpad and the scroll bar.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Go to a playlist, the settings page, etc
3. Try to scroll using two fingers on the touchpad
