Prefix all exported functions with Kemp

Issue: Function names are not prefixed by default, causing collisions. For example while working with Get-Template, this causes an collision with the functions provided by VMware (yes, they do it wrong as well). It would be nice if all functions would be prefixed with Kemp, so we get Get-KempTemplate, Get-KempNetworkInterface etc.

As workaround you can use the Prefix option when import the module.
Example:
Import-Module Kemp.LoadBalancer.Powershell -Prefix Kemp
