I'm confused since I neither can find an equivalent to the linked Pkg PR in LocalRegistry, nor see how this PR relates. Was that link supposed to point to something else? |

I off-by-one'd the issue reference. But in any case @KristofferC is re-working this whole mechanism, because it doesn't actually work, so this PR will need subsequent adjustment. |
