Triangular for loop doesn't work

For example,

using LinearAlgebra, ProgressLogging
function test_progress(n)
    s = zeros(Int, n,n)
    @progress for i = 1:n, j = 1:i
        s[i,j] = i+j
    end
    return Symmetric(s)
end

works without the @progress.
