Pkg2.installed()?

What's the Pkg2 equivalent of Pkg.installed()? If there is none, this is a feature request.

You can do this, but the interface is slightly different:

julia> Pkg2.Dir.cd(Pkg2.Read.installed)
["REPLCompletions"=>(v"0.0.0",false),"PyPlot"=>(v"1.0.2",false),"BinDeps"=>(v"0.2.2",false),"IJulia"=>(v"0.0.0",true),"Vega"=>(v"0.0.0",false),"PyCall"=>(v"0.0.0",false),"ZMQ"=>(v"0.1.0",false),"GnuTLS"=>(v"0.0.0",false),"JSON"=>(v"0.2.0",false),"URIParser"=>(v"0.0.0",false)]

The first element of the tuple is the version while the second is whether it's fixed or not.
