From 97e5a681d53f0bb0916041f6668d9445f14ec0fa Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: SamuraiAku <61489439+SamuraiAku@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Tue, 29 Jun 2021 15:12:33 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Refactor LICENSE.md to make it scanner friendly (#41095) Create THIRDPARTY.md to hold license information for all code not covered by the main MIT license. This format allows for automated scanning and categorization of Julia's license. The licenses were broken up this way because this is the format that many automated license scanners (including GitHub).
