Welcome to the edgedb-ubt repository! In this guide, you will learn how to download and run our user-friendly database management application. Even if you have no programming experience, this step-by-step process will help you get started quickly.
To begin, you need to visit our releases page to download the application.

Once you are on the releases page, you will see the latest version of edgedb-ubt along with a list of previous versions. Select the latest version for the best experience.
On the releases page, look for the version labeled with the highest number. Next to it, you will find various downloadable files. Choose the file relevant to your operating system. Common options include:
- Windows: edgedb-ubt-windows.exe
- macOS: edgedb-ubt-macos.dmg
- Linux: edgedb-ubt-linux.tar.gz
Click on the file you want to download. Your browser will start downloading the file automatically. This may take a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on your internet speed.
Once the download is complete, go to your computerβs download folder. The file will typically be named according to the format mentioned above.
- Double-click on the
edgedb-ubt-windows.exefile. - Follow the prompts in the setup wizard.
- Click "Finish" once the installation is complete.
- Open the
edgedb-ubt-macos.dmgfile. - Drag the edgedb-ubt icon into your Applications folder.
- Eject the installer once it finishes copying.
- Extract the
edgedb-ubt-linux.tar.gzfile using your terminal.- Command:
tar -xzf edgedb-ubt-linux.tar.gz

- Run the executable file using:
