No Idea how to use this

Hello I was looking to utilize this package to get rid of bootstrap.js and jquery from my application as much as possible. Unfortunately I cannot figure how exactly to use this app. I saw a demo posted by @beeman found here: https://ngx-scrollspy.now.sh/home

I looked at the source here as well: https://github.com/beeman/ngx-scrollspy-angular-cli-demo

I still have no idea how to use this package; I think some more documentation would be really great.
