Steps to reproduce

Select the Streaming payment type
Ensure required fields are completed
Click on the "Start Stream" button

Expected behaviour

Clicking on "Start Stream" should create a Motion as of this design - https://www.figma.com/file/dCtvv76S8mk5HNApjwmBto/Expenditures?node-id=5755%3A341502

Actual behaviour

Clicking on "Start Stream" is giving a staking modal
