HI
I recently use RelocaTE2 to check TE insertion in my sample。 I put multiple consensus sequences in one fasta format to check TE insertion in one genome 。 Here is my output， i found tha NAME filed has two TE families name。 Is that means two TE families inserted in the same position？？？
