Describe the bug
When the Terminal menu is clicked, gitnuro opens multiple terminal windows. In default mac terminal multiple windows open without any warning, but Iterm2 gives out a warning.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. In homepage of gitnuro, open multiple repos.
  2. Click on the terminal menu in a repo.
  3. while terminal instance of a repo is already open, click terminal menu in gitnuro.
  4. See error

Expected behavior
When terminal menu is clicked it shouldn't create multiple instances of terminal. Mostly it seems like the existing terminal instance affecting the creation of new terminal instance.

Hello!

I've been working to try to fix this bug but without much luck. I remember seeing the reported behavior once in the past but not anymore. Are you using the default terminal? I'm not sure if I'm missing something.
