YARD support

• Information collected in dynamic can be used for completion while typing type in square brackets inside YARD comments.
• This information can be used in templates when "Add @param tag" or "Add @return tag" action is invoked
• Show warning when information in type tracker doesn't agree with information in YARD comment (See how many it has false positives)
