Clearable true doesn't work correctly with value === 0 #1729

When you select January (value 0) you won't have the 'x' in the select in order to clear it out.

Hi @JFGHT thank you for the reproducible build! There is already an open issue #1394 with a fix on #1395. Going to mark this as a dup.
