Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

VS Code Version: 1.67.1
OS Version: Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

I ran a project inside vscode I have worked fine, but after some time the entire desktop crashed, and I had to restart the computer, please what is the problem.
message I get is the connection to terminal's pty host process is unresponsive the terminals may stop working.
