The place to integrate is "BibTeX" -> "New entry from plain text"

As stated athttps://github.com//issues/14#issuecomment-162243500, PRRV uses the complete reference text. Maybe, the algorithm of PRRV can be directly included in JabRef, too. PRRV does a text only analysis. Cannot be used to extract title and other data. See #95
