Build TodoMVC with JSONAPI.EntityFramework, code-first models, ApiController, and Ember Data

This would be an interesting demonstration and can probably be pulled off very quickly with the canned ApiController. I just don't have the time for it at the moment. Putting this in as an issue in case someone wants to get familiar with JSONAPI.NET, I'll help you out directly. Otherwise hopefully I'll get to it myself in not too long.

Should this be a separate git repo? Or a separate solution within the repo? Or even just part of the main solution? I've seen different projects handle samples in different ways.
