During a migration I change the name of a migration group and didn't realize the old configuration was still there with no obvious way to remove the old configuration for the group.

This seems to be a quick intuitive solution that should be added to the default configuration/playbooks

Oooooo.... I had just been using the drush php:cli interface to load and delete configs, but this looks nice! Hey, it even has a Drupal 9 ready stable version!
