Islandora ingest forms

Description

This is a repository used to share community built Islandora ingest forms that anyone can download, revise, and use. Currently the forms and related transformations are organized based on metadata format. Some of the forms are experimental and are offered "as is".

Contributing

1. Fork the repository.

2. Add your XML form to an existing folder if it is of a particular metadata type or create a new folder, and add your xml forms to it. If you have a related XSLT for transforming your form output to DC, then please add that as well.

3. Submit a pull request explaining what your form does
