Adds polling for structure and primitives

  • application must use either the automatic or polling mechanism for cyclic access subscription
  • method for a subscription must be selected at the start-up of the application and should not be mixed.
  • we can now set the polling interval for whole structures and primitives
  • add documentation about polling also to [DOCUMENTATION] Add documentation to changes made in PR #29 #64
