Changing project name

Hi, we have encountered an issue: the project name IX we've given to this project is ambiguous and may conflict with siemens-ix project here on GitHub. Thanks to @fgreinacher, who rightly pointed out this problem here.

For a formal exposure of what this project should be, have a look at the provisional documentation here

Though it will cause pain, we can still afford to change the name. And we will do it.

This is a good idea. But I'd keep that for the application framework, instead of this project. (similar to 'tco') @TomKovac?

OK, so we've gone through some pain refactoring the project and renaming it to AX# (AXSharp).
