Image being converted to 32 bit color

I'm resizing a file that's at 24 bit color but the new file is saved as 32 bit. I've tried to adjust with limitColors but no luck. I'm not very familiar with image manipulation like this. What should I use to set this or other bit rates?

Did you fix it? Also having trouble with it.
