Improved overall code readability + Added custom cursor on Home Screen

WARNING: THIS IS A PRE-RELEASE, WHICH MEANS IT IS NOT STABLE FOR ANY SORT OF USE IN PUBLIC, I STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED IT.
Due to that, there won't be any sort of distributable binaries for it.

What's new in v4.8-beta?

• Things are now even more simple.
• Improved code overall readability.
• Translations are now made easier (as everything written on the program starting from strings to other things is now available on a separate file)
• Unfortunately there won't be any bug fixes in this release of Temp_Cleaner GUI, as there were not any bugs reported yet.

To-do Next (Before making the program stable):

• Add Cleaning presets.
• Add an overlay on the top of the window which shows how much disk space was freed up.
