  • I have made sure this is not an already-existing feature.

Description

Currently selecting multiple vertices does not give us many option besides translation using mouse or arrow keys. It will be very useful if we can rotate and scale selected vertices also (only for selected vertices instead of the entire node).

Suggested solution

Add localized rotation and scale handle like currently available for nodes, but for selected vertices instead.

This seems to partially be a duplicate of this, either close the old one or change this one to just be about scaling vertices #147
