Modification of website design

This website is in serious trouble.
This is some of the feedback I've gotten from community members. The most serious of these issues are very serious.

• Navigation is catastrophic. First, you don't know what to look for.
• There is almost no information on what an inner source is.
• There are many unnecessary illustrations that are noise.
• The text is a mixture of centered, left-justified, and right-justified, and the starting position of sentences is sparse, making it difficult to understand the information.
• Unnecessary breadcrumbs list (not often nested, and the breadcrumbs list is in the way when you can use the browser's back button to go back)

The user does not know what to expect, whether this is a foundation page, a page to get information about inner sources, or an event page. The design and navigation would need to change.

Here are the steps:

• First, we gather information
• After that, we create a Pull Request.
• Create the v3 page. (Current is v2)
• After that, we get consensus and reflect it in production.

This is not a new development, but a modification.
This time, the subject matter is the theme, navigation, and placement, and the content itself is basically unchanged.
