Hi @lenucksi.

I saw that you merged #47 but could not find the pattern file patterns/1-initial/overcoming-project-management-time-pressures.md in the README.

This PR does the following:

  • link to patterns/1-initial/overcoming-project-management-time-pressures.md from README
  • reformat pattern according to the template

Open questions:

  • This pattern is currently listed in the README under Maturity Level 2: Structured. However it is in folder patterns/1-initial. For a quick fix, should I just change the README?

And yes, I think just adapting the place in the README sounds like a good idea.
