After pressing R2, the robot did not stand up or move #82

Hi,
I want to deploy it on A1, but no matter how I press R2, the robot doesn't stand up. How can I solve it?
I am using version 3.2 SDK. The following is a screenshot of the runtime. In the deploy_policy interface, 'not start' appears at the bottom. Is this related to the robot not moving?
