Diagrams can be saved to images from the Save function under the Publish menu in Enterprise Architect or by pressing the shortcut CTRL-T. To copy the diagram to the clipboard, use the shortcut CTRL-B.

NOTE: For ISO standards - use Enhanced Metafile (*.emf) as file format for export in vector format.

NOTE: Use the font Cambria for ISO Models. See Font type and size

By default, the diagrams have a shading and a frame with the diagram name as a label. For use in documents, a monochrome style without shades is preferred. To export clean diagrams without the shades, frame and label:

Remove shades:

Select theme Monochrome for printing from the dialog Start - Preferences - Diagrams - Themes:

Remove frames:

Unselect diagram frames from images, from the dialog Start-Preferences-Diagrams. Also, setting a scale to 200% will give a better resolution of the exported files: Diagram settings
