ISISDAE: fix liveview after areaDetector update

The recent areaDetector update added 64 bit integer support, but the new type was inserted within the existing type list and so the dbLoadRecords need to use DATATYPE=8 rather than DATATYPE=6 to get the correct type. In addition the stats plugin now requiers a timeseries to be configured.

Acceptance criteria

• liveview.cmd is loaded without errors
• live view works

The cmd fix is for a clean instrument, on an existing instrument you also need to update autosave
