E4: Diirt preferences #3311
Description
As a developer, I want to be confident about the location of channel access configuration parameters in the E4 client.
Currently, E4 uses channel access parameters saved to C:\users\<name>\.diirt\datasources.
- See if the channel access parameters can be saved internally in the client (via the preference store?)
- See if we can change the location of the channel access configuration files
- If neither of the above work, add a step to the GUI deploy script to copy the channel access config files to the required location
