Feature Request/Idea: inform superadmin about new user

Please concider adding notification for superadmin on when new account is created.

Idea behind this notification is that users have permissions inside their groups, but we are not able to automatically assign users to groups. Therefore, a mechanism is needed to inform the user with the superadmin role that a new user has been registered and should be assigned to a group corresponding to, for example, his Department.

it should be something like:

1. Type of object - Account
2. Types of notification - Account creation info
3. Who gets notification - Roles that get these notifications - Superadmin
4. Subject line - New account has been created
5. Message - Dear Superadmin, new account has been created: {account name/alias}. Verify the correctness of the new account and assign the new user to the appropriate group. Thank you, {Dataverse installation name} Support.
