Overview

  • The Kempner Institute has reference data sets with their open source AI models.
  • This is a use case where the data would be in a remote data store, available via Globus from FASRC and leveraged on Cannon cluster.
  • Max Shad, Director of Engineering at the Kempner Institute, will collaborate with us to help plan a proof-of-concept (POC) for an upcoming Harvard Dataverse release

Details

  • Kempner has various sets of data and ML models of different sizes (in the order of GBs) in shared storage at the FASRC cluster
  • Kempner's open-source datasets are currently accessible from the Cannon cluster (Tier 1 storage on Isilon)
