We have added the plugin "eslint-plugin-react-hooks" while working on this issue.
Several bugs and warnings have been fixed in the above issue, but there are still some warnings (8 at the time of creating this issue) to be resolved.

The idea of this ticket is to be able to resolve the warnings separately in different child issues from this one, in order to keep track of them.
