Overview of the Feature Request

Add the AccessFile button to the File Page to display file access information + provide a download file button.

Features:

1. Add the AccessFile button to the file page with the File Access and Download Options sections

⚠️ please, take into account that this is the exact same button AccessFileMenu.tsx from the Files table except for the name, so we'll be reusing most of the code
