Overview of the feature request

Extend use case logic to support file filtering by type and access type.

The new logic will need the API changes in IQSS/dataverse#9714 to work.

What inspired the request?

What existing behavior do you want changed?

None

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to js-dataverse?

Extend use cases for filtering files
