Activate Operations test fails with startup failure

When using the Direct WFS test, the Activate Operations test fails because its startup fails.

The test ID is EIDdaf321dc-9b15-403c-82f1-4a0730a75b4f

Issue #1: The URL to the message http://etf-release.eu-west-1.elasticbeanstalk.com/validator//v2/TestTaskResults/EID7437ff0b-9307-4604-8bbc-3fbefb4ed665/Attachments/EID98a8fd5d-2386-48da-a79a-90c113fd1109 linked from the UI does not resolve. It does when replacing the base URL to https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/validator//v2/TestTaskResults/EID7437ff0b-9307-4604-8bbc-3fbefb4ed665/Attachments/EID98a8fd5d-2386-48da-a79a-90c113fd1109, so that link should be replaced.

Issue #2: The test fails with a startup error. The error message is org.codehaus.groovy.control.MultipleCompilationErrorsException: startup failed: Script1.groovy: 16: expecting '}', found 'if' @ line 16, column 67.
