Steps to reproduce

所有列均不配置宽度的情况下，选中列宽度为40px，其余列按一定比例分享宽度
任意列配置了列宽之后，选中列宽度可能超过40px

What is expected?

选中列宽度保持40px

What is actually happening?

选中列宽度会变大

特定列宽度可以固定（选中列、操作列等等）
