Scientific publications with IDEA T-Rex APIs use

I would like to publish the results of an object recognition task. This use case is not intended for commercial use. The paper will compare the T-Rex few-shot approach to common deep learning object detection methods (cnn-based and detr). Does the T-Rex licence allow this?
