The VPE gateway documentation is confusing and misleading. The issue is with the CRN vs name under target.

The registry documentation - https://registry.terraform.io/providers/IBM-Cloud/ibm/latest/docs/resources/is_virtual_endpoint_gateway says that name is required argument but under crn it says

If CRN not specified, name must be specified.

The documentation needs to be fixed.
