thanks for taking the time to make some order in our board and meeting! :) just one question - the board is already a board for the MVP, isn't it? why do we need the view on top? |

I have created milestones and labels on all our repos called "MVP Tickets".
I've created a new view on our board called "MVP tickets"
It shows only issues are "must haves" for the MVP.
Can we all please go through the issues on the individual repos, or through the full board, and add anything which MUST be in the MVP on the first of April.
🚀 Weekly Meeting Agenda (1 hour)
🔹 0–10 min: Goal Alignment Check-In
Our shared goal from our last meeting 2 weeks ago was:
"Be able to pay ourselves via the protocol by end of next month."
How do we feel about that? Does this still feel realistic and motivating?
🔹 10–20 min: Board Review
Go column by column:
Todo – Ask: Is this ticket MVP-critical? Move or label accordingly.
In Progress – Any blockers? Can we finish this week?
Done – Any retro thoughts? Learnings?
🔹 20 min: Launch Plan Walkthrough
Discuss:
Deployment plan (testnet → mainnet).
Tools like OpenZeppelin Defender for secure deployment.
Go live playbook and check list
Hypercerts for initial build....
Do we need an audit? Budget? Who?
Who's responsible for what?
🔹 10 min: Assign Tasks & Commitments
Who owns what this week?
What do we need to move from Todo → Done?
What would make next week feel like a success?
